Post subject: Re: Trademark infringements by Defkalion

It is true and well known that since July 2011, our efforts where to build products around the e-cat technology of EFA/Andrea Rossi, whilst A. Rossi was using (and still uses) our technologies and early designs to improve his prototypes.

These efforts where reported in our old white papers and announced to the press or during public events, with the presence of Andrea Rossi. This is part of our company’s history and we have no reasons to claim or pretend that these never happened.

We think that it is quite clear through our site listed official announcements that we do not maintain any more any business or technological relations between our company and/or any entity or IP related with Andrea Rossi. If history is confusing, we apologize on history’s behalf.

Thank you

Post subject: Re: Trademark infringements by Defkalion

Defkalion is not using the term “e-cat” since the brake of our contract with EFA, nor any other similar term proposed by other third parties inventions.

We have stated already and very clearly that there is no association between our products or business with any third party IP/business.

It is true that some discussions in other Internet forums keep on confusing Hyperions and e-cats, lions or other animals. We are not responsible on this. Our product’s specs are public already and our business principals, vision and goals have been stated in this forum topics quite clearly.

We have express our respect and we keep on respecting everyone in LENR trying to get results or to build products, without trying to “kill” no-one with any infringement or any cheep marketing tricks, as you claim. This respect is also for Andrea Rossi’s on what he has achived or tried so far.

If you think the above are not correct, please provide links for any public statements or comments of ours that can prove your claims.

Thank you

Post subject: Re: About the “proprietary catalyst”

Out of the several proposed theories trying to explain the “brake” of the Coulomb barrier, there seems to be one more proposed here: a nano Chack Noris squeezing protons with his bare hands . One more challenge for our theorists of the R&D team to check if this is feasible, next to the famous pleasure sensor problem that our R&D has resolved already (videos on a pleasure sensor working prototype will be released “later” for sceptics)

Out of the humor, which is acceptable, please keep in mind that we characterize the reaction within Hyperions as Chemically Assisted Low Energy Nuclei (or nuclear) Reaction. And there is no humor involved in such characterization.

As for the “catalysts” involved, we will have no problem to write their names on the Hyperion’s product plates, as Coca Cola or Pepsi are doing with their self-destructive products. Of course this will happen following the licensing of Hyperions. Then silvio.caggia can address his speculative questions to others to get his answers.

Thanks

Re: How will the world handle this?

Hyperions have been designed from their very first versions to produce heat energy that can be used for co-generation (electricity andheating/cooling).

Electricity produced through third parties technologies (CHPs, steam micro turbines, etc) can be consumed off-grid or send to the grid- the grid then acting as a buffer/storage/exchanger. Selling and buying back as much electricity needed or off-grid consumption is depending on many local factors such as the existence of grids, their efficiency, selling/buying electricity prices per kWh , legislation, other sources of energy/technologies competition, needs for lower cost of energy in production, tax policies applied etc.

The thermal energy left from such electric generation is not to be considered as “waste”. This also can be consumed “in house” or can be exchanged within district or other heating networks, as available.

The possible energy networks transitions through such LENR exploitation are as much important as the overall COP of the energy production of Hyperions.

So, we agree again, that the exploitation of LENR is politically sensitive. As such, there is almost nothing (time included) to waste!

Thank you

Post subject: Re: How will the world handle this??

Certain interesting studies about UK energy consumption are know to us. Some you can find in http://www.bre.co.uk/page.jsp?id=1753. One study from this series indicates that heating/cooling energy demands from UK houses is almost 75% of their total energy demand (all most the same all around Europe with minor differences in South) resulting only to a 12-13% for pure electric (non heating/cooling) applications demand.

Electricity and electric production is important, we fully agree. But we think that it is equaly important to focus also in that 87% demand left out. So we strongly suggest not to “give away” so easily that 66,7% left over in your performance calculations.

As for the rest of your remark/question, we fully agree that the exploitation of LENR products is not going to be easy and with no political problems or implications in certain countries. We strongly believe that still the “power to the people” concept is the fundamental idea behind the invention of democracy in this part of the world 25 centuries ago. Is there any democracy left if people have no power in their hands?

Thank you

Dear Dr Rossi,

Before long, if the e-cat takes off like I believe it will, you’ll probably won’t have time for this blog anymore. So while you’re still able to read this personally, I’d like to thank you for giving the earth a nearly free, clean energy source and especially for your decision to make the e-cat available to us all for a price that should allow almost no competition. This will really change the world and hopefully make it a much better place. There isn’t much higher praise I can think of and it is meant that way

You said the e-cat will produce electrical energy. Will that be enough to run a typical household or should I see the electrical energy more as a bonus?

I wish you and all the readers here a great new year!

Best regards,
Paul Heath

Dear Paul Heath:
The electric energy will arrive with the second generation of E-Cats: in that case you will have to spend thermal energy to make electricity and a minor amount of heat will be at your disposition. The electric energy kit will be applyable to the first generation E-Cats too.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Dear Rossi,

Will it be possible to connect your unit to a 12V car battery? I would like to use it at a hut where we do not have any other form for power then 12V.

Also, is one unit sufficient to keep a jacuzzi warm ?

If yes to both, please add me to your preorder list

Warm regards
K.T.

Dear Kai Tonder:
The power of the domestis E-Cats will be 10 kW, and will produce heat and conditioned air.
Your pre-order has been accepted: the utilizations you said probably are a joke, but if you are not really interested can cancel the order when we will send you the offer.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Mr. Rossi

1. Congratulations on your recent improvement in cost and efficiency for the 10KW products. Is there any chance you can share with us the name of the partner that has helped you make this improvement? Or tell us more information about the improvement itself

2. How is your progress on the second 1MW plant? Is this being built in the US? Can you tell us yet where in the US the work is being done?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I know that you are very busy.

Happy Holidays
Fyodor

Jane Gooders

Dear Andrea,

I have been following the E-Cat story with great interest since February. Like many others contributing to this forum, my primary feelings about this breakthrough are for the enormous potential your invention will open up in so many fields of scientific endeavour, and for improvements to human welfare, and it is for these you will be recognised in due course.

My son is studying the sciences at school and hopes to become a professional in the field in a few years, although I expect that there will be some changes in opportunities and perspective once this new technology becomes widely known and available. None of his teachers or fellow students were aware of this breakthrough, and in a mirror to the “real world” he has been ridiculed for bringing this to their attention. Fortunately it has not deterred him, but rather reinforced his interest in what other possibilities may be out there, buried by “experts”.

On a personal note, I have a question that I have not yet seen answered here, which is why I am writing to you now. We have ordered a 10KW Unit via the website, and will use it to provide heat and later electricity for our sailing boat which we will be living on full time in a few years in the Scandinavian area. With that in mind, we would like to understand approximately how heavy this unit will be (if you know yet), as it will need to be moved around quite often in this environment.

Many Thanks for your kind attention to our questions,
Jane

Dear Jane Gooders:
First of all: please tell to your son to avoid to talk of my tech at school, if this puts him against his teachers: his teachers, in this part of his life, are enormously more important for him than I am.
About the weight: 30 kg; volume: cm. 40 x 40 x 40.
Warmest Regards,

Dear Andrea,

You mention the need to produce 1 million e-cats immediately in order to meet your goals. This is certainly ambitious, but it would be very exciting for you to be able to do this.

1. Do you have the production infrastructure (including outsourcing) to build this many plants?
2. Are you process enough nickel powder to fuel this many e-cats?

Wishing you the very best for 2012!

2- We will necessarily have to do this.

As soon as you’ll deliver a 10Kw thermal + 3Kw electric (that sould be 20Kw thermal) unit at 10K€ with 100€ per recharge I’ll rush for it.
What do you think of this price point?

BTW, is it technically possible to stock recharges (whatever they are) so we have a few years of energy indipendence already at home?

Thanks, Gherardo

Andrea Rossi
December 27th, 2011 at 2:33 PM

Dear Gherardo:
The price will be enough low to forbid any competition. At that point the reverse engineering will be a hobby, not a source of competition, so that everything will become easier. This is the battle we won during these days: we made a titanic step forward, derived from a lucky idea and from the huge possibilities our new Partners have opened to us. The price will be much lower than you said, but we will declare the price when we will be ready: remember, if I say one thing, I have to do it. Anyway: the first version will produce hot water and heating, but it will be able to be retrofitted with the electric power generation when we will be ready also with it.
Warm Regards,
A.R

Dear Andrea Rossi

Are you able to give a date or a period (summer of 2012 for example) in which you will put in the market your e-cat ? my question is about the first generation of e-cat that produce only thermal power…

Andrea Rossi
December 26th, 2011 at 11:39 AM

Dear Francesco Fiorenzani: I hope within 2012. We must have a production of 1 million pieces immediately, to put the price at a level to reach these strategic targets:
1- allow everybody to buy it
2- kill the competition
Warm Regards,
A.R.
