Hi

Great work.

1. How many 1 megawatt plants can you sell in one year do you think?

2. When is the next sell?

3. When will the home plants be available for pursued?

I know time is of the essence, that’s why my questions are so rash. Thanks for you answers the mean alot for me.

Dear Hampus:
1- From 30 to 100 for the first year is what we are already ready to make, but we will get exponentially faster in time
2- done
3- this is a more complicated issue, because we need complex certifications
Warm Regards,
A.R.

“Moreover, it speaks of a self-sustaining mode for 3 hours at the end of which it was necessary to reattach the power to prevent a potentially dangerous peak power. But take all this with caution, since it is “vox populi”.

Forbes posted an interesting article about the test of the 1MW plant today. The article is critical and somewhat mocking in tone, contrasting that posted by Mark Gibbs a couple of weeks ago on that same site. While it is disappointing that the article lacks objectively, I take heart in the fact he is getting his comeuppance in the comments section.

From PESN

I just got back from my turn [looking at the 1MW plant]. I was able to shoot a few pictures and take some video. The reason for the embargo on taking photos was personnel reasons. They don’t want the engineers and testers to be shown, to keep them confidential. The company doing the testing does not wish to be known at this time.

Mark Gibbs, Computer World

Well, last week’s Backspin on Rossi’s E-Cat power generator was fun. Between that column and a blog posting I made on the topic over at Forbes, I’ve had more than 100 comments and an insane number of page views which all goes to show just what a hot topic alternative energy is.

More E-Cat Reviews To Come Following The Friday’s Plant Launch

“I don’t know about you, but I’ve been sitting at the edge of my seat over the curse of the whole month of October and at times even before that, too. The most exciting test is about to take place. No other test that Andrea Rossi performed – public or private – had so much at stake. It was Rossi himself who stated that it’s either all or nothing. Everything is staked on this test. On past Sunday it was pre-tested for the last time and as far as we know no fault was found with it.”

Dear Mr. Rossi

I just want to wish you good luck and go change the world tomorrow!!

Andrea Rossi
October 27th, 2011 at 9:03 AM

Dear RockEye:
Thank you: now it’s 4 p.m. of the 27th, and we are finishing the cosmetics of the plant. I think tomorrow we will make, with the help of God, a good job. My work, basically, is finished. Within one hour the Consultants of the Customer will arrive to start the check of all the parts of the plant and prepare all their stuff for the test of tomorrow. Until some hour ago I felt a strong pressure, now, at the eve of the battle, as usual, I am recovering all my coldness and calm. We are ready.
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Cold fusion’s new ally Mark Gibbs has made it to the pages of the conservative mainstay publication The National Review…and they seem none too happy about what he has to say.  Actually, right now they are dismissive, the anger and violent opposition will come later.
